I was seeking out birria specifically, and to justify my order of consommé I got three birria tacos. I figured I could handle a fourth and tried the shrimp/camaron. Wow. That taco alone was worth the drive. The pico/salsas were colorful, flavorful and complemented the perfectly cooked shrimp. All tacos were on expertly griddled tortillas. The fruit versions were made with a perfect amount of sweetness but I was also able to get the cucumber-lime without any sugar, and they were all cool and refreshing. Because we are gluttons, we also ordered a Birria ramen, which was so good we finished all of it. We had so much food we were able to share with friends and still had leftovers for later.
