The so-called reason was that we were six to drink the bottle instead of four which is stupid as it does not change the size of the bottle nor it's trade price. The staff kept us hostage until we paid. We had to discuss for more than 30 minutes simply to find an agreement on the price. This was not a language issue as most of us are fluent in Italian. They simply do not respect customers and are simply trying to ripped people off. Do not go there. Great entertainment room downstairs with tv, computers, piano, and pool table. Only issue is that there was a creeper in the women's restroom... but it was dealt with quickly thanks to the AMAZING management. Overall a great stay in the heart of Portici, right next to fruit markets and in a fairly safe location.
