The Lundstrom's will do it right. They don't undercharge, but they don't over charge. They provide a valuable service in Malta.

Lloyd's came out faster than any other local repairman, and got our freezer back in business. This…read moreis the first time it has been repaired, so we are hoping the fix was all that was needed. Appreciate their professionalism.

When the service call was setup he provided all the necessary information so we thought it would not be an issue if he wasn't here. The service call was confirmed for September 23rd, 2026 between 1130am until 1230pm. My husband received a text message at 1204pm stating the arrival time would be 1245pm. The service technician arrived at 1250pm, he did not introduce himself to me. I had arrived 2 minutes before him so I entered our house and turned on the hallway lighting and saw him standing at the garage entrance. I greeted him, and when he asked if I would like him to wear protective booties, I told him that I would appreciate it and noted that I was putting them on as well. I asked about his day; he provided a curt response indicating it was fine. I walked inside to turn on more lighting and, I heard him follow shortly after, I said I was 'in here' (by the kitchen) to direct him. He entered and asked about the issue. I explained that I was uncertain of the specifics, as my husband had setup the service call, but I said I think there might have been an issue regarding the door hinges and that they were possibly damaged during shipping. When I asked if there were any notes on the service call, he requested that I demonstrate/show him the problem. I pointed to the top oven and showed him the misalignment at the top of the door on both sides, noting that the installers had reported the frame as level but not the doors. Throughout the interaction, the technician's mood and attitude towards me felt extremely aggressive and irritated. I tried to make some small talk and asked him 'if he was having a difficult day'. He responded that he apologized if I had an issue with his attitude; I clarified that I did not, but said that he 'seemed irritated with me and I wondered what the matter was'. He stated that he would not tolerate such treatment and asked if I wanted him to leave. Surprised by his anger and confrontational tone, I replied that I did not wish for him to leave and was just trying to be empathetic if he was having a bad day. I then asked whether the service request specified the oven or were the notes on his trouble ticket just a general issue. He stated that information is sometimes incomplete but asserted that the request identified the oven; otherwise, he would not have gone directly to the oven. After he opened the appliance, I stepped outside to call my husband regarding the interaction with him and to note the attitude that he had with me since he arrived. Approximately one minute later, the technician followed me outside and stated that he was not going to be treated poorly due to his race. When I asked what he was talking about, he stated that I should not treat individuals poorly based on the color of their skin. I said that I found nothing wrong with his skin and would never consider such a factor. He then left my house and driveway at a high rate of speed all while shouting these remarks from his vehicle. The technician left my house at 1257pm and my interaction with him lasted no more than 5 minutes as I had called my husband at 1255pm. The interaction with this unnamed technician was extremely upsetting and unprofessional from the moment I opened the garage door to let him into my home. If there was no other service providers in my area I would forgo having my appliance's repaired as I don't feel comfortable or safe knowing he could possibly be the technician coming to repair them.

I'm very disappointed with my experience at Town & Country Furniture in Glasgow, MT. We bought a…read morebrand new (one of their most expensive, if not the most) washer and dryer set, which was loaded by hand by two young men from their storage house - the washer was in a box, the dryer was not. When we got home, I noticed large, deep scratches on the door of the dryer along with a distinguishable orange "tag" in which I had seen on damaged products inside their store. I called the next day, explained the situation and sent photos to a cell phone owned by the employee of the damage, the "tag" left on the dryer and the serial number as the employee said there was a damaged dryer in the warehouse they were not supposed to load and said she would check and call me back. She did call back a few hours later and was told it was "not their fault" and "damaged during transportation", but would order a cover "to help us out". I mentioned these scratches were very deep and could not have been done by rubbing against cardboard, but was dismissed without any real inspection or accountability from their side. Rather than owning up to the damage or even offering to investigate further, they immediately placed the blame on me. That's not how responsible businesses operate. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be returning. I'd advise others to document everything if you decide to work with them -- or better yet, find a place that stands behind their work and treats customers with respect. UPDATE: the new plastic piece was picked up and a tab was broken, but still worked (I'm not driving ANOTHER 3 hours to do this again). I then used a piece of cardboard and scrubbed it as hard as I could on the originally damaged part to make the same scratches and couldn't even come close. Is a shame because I had every intention of going back to purchase more in the future.
