I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Malqui Tax Experts. As a loyal customer for several years, I've always relied on their services to handle my tax returns efficiently and professionally. However, this year, I encountered an unexpected and unjustifiable fee that has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Despite submitting all the necessary documents well before the tax return deadline of April 15th, I was informed that my tax return would not be completed on time unless I paid a hefty $50 fee for an extension. What's particularly galling is that other tax return businesses don't impose such charges for extensions, and the IRS itself offers extensions free of charge. To add insult to injury, the reason cited for this fee was that the tax experts at Malqui Tax Experts were prioritizing other customers who came before me. While I understand the importance of managing workload, penalizing loyal customers who have diligently provided all required documents in a timely manner is unacceptable. This experience has not only tarnished my perception of Malqui Tax Experts but has also made me question their commitment to customer satisfaction. I expect a tax return service to be transparent about their fees and to treat all customers fairly and equally. Unfortunately, Malqui Tax Experts has failed to meet these basic expectations, and I will be exploring alternative options for my future tax return needs. read more

They took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure we understood each step of the process. It's very easy to follow along and just answer the questions, save the document and then email it back to them. Uploading copies of 1099 forms, W-2's etc to their website platform is also very easy.
