Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine myself getting a tarot card reading, but I am so glad I did. From the beginning, I didn't even know how to properly phrase what I wanted to ask. Jojo guided me through it without making me feel awkward or like I needed to know exactly what I was doing. What surprised me the most was how much came through that felt incredibly personal and accurate. You gave me the guidance I was looking for and touched on things about me and the people around me that I had never told you and that you hadn't even asked about beforehand. There were several moments when I just sat there thinking, How could you possibly know that? The experience felt warm, comfortable, and genuine. I walked away with clarity about things I had been questioning and a completely different appreciation for tarot than I had before. She has the most amazing energy I'm glad I met her. Thank you, Jojo, for making my very first reading such a positive and memorable experience. I would absolutely recommend you, especially to someone like me who might be curious but has no idea where to begin. read more

Has everything you need and want for all your mysticism and magical needs. Just went in to pick up some Sage ($5.00/bundle) and I appreciated that they had little info notes about each type and noted blue Sage out of respect for Native American cultures. They even have classes and readings available which was awesome to see, you can tell there's a community behind the store. All different types of tarot and oracle decks too, will definitely stop by again! read more

I've been meaning to visit this store for years and finally made it a point to go. What a beautiful store. I was greeted by Ky upon entering the store (which smells fantastic). Ky was knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming and calm. You could spend hours in this store browsing. So many fabulous things to see. On my first visit I decided on a couple of bracelets. I love them. I put them on as soon as I got home and have been admiring them ever since. I so enjoyed my visit there today and will be back as Ky says they get new items all the time. They also offer other services such as reiki - I highly recommend paying them a visit! read more

I'm so glad that I visited this shop. Met the owner and her daughter, and both were extremely helpful and kind. I also had a reading with JoJo the following day (my first ever), and left feeling full of wonderment and purpose. That reading began within me, a journey of discovery about my spirit guides and ancestors. JoJo left quite an impression on me with her positivity, humor, knowledge and kindness. She made it easy for me to trust the process a little more. I still feel "lifted", and it's 5 days after my reading. read more

I went out last night and had a few drinks right? Naturally, I was craving a torta de milanesa to soak up the residuals and I went with my fiancé, daughter, and mother who is in from San Francisco to a little market down the street from Malone's. I decided after eating that I wanted to take a walk. So I let them finish their food and took what I thought would be a solo walk down a few blocks and quickly wound up at the end of the street. To my pleasant surprise I saw the word metaphysical on the window and immediately was drawn in. I stood outside just looking in the window completely hypnotized by the pendulums. A girl popped up around the corner and asked me if the shop was open. Imagine that. Me? I told her "I have no clue." and she said "That's what happens when you trust the internet and don't call first." And she made her exit. She was beautiful, really made a good impression. So I stood there a little longer looking into the shop which was dim because they were closed. I went back to retrieve my party of 3 and show my mom the shop. I truly had no intention of entering the store but someone poked their head out and invited us inside. This review has taken quite a turn but the point is that the entire experience was wonderful. The store is neat and the staff were kind and light. The energy was super clear in there and it was a relaxing experience to be able to browse the many wares and read so many details about the items. The range of items went from incense to crystals, patches and candles. I discovered a gem and I plan to return often. I'm sure everyone will find a little treasure in here. Also I won't show what we bought because I want you to discover something there. Go for what stands out to you. It is worthwhile. read more

This is my new favorite shop, it's so cute!! I'm actually not too big into crystals but I do love spirituality and incense and this is the spot to go if you're looking for hippie/spiritual stuff. They have a nice variety of things and I love how they didn't just have mostly crystals which has been my experience with other metaphysical stores which is totally fine, but I personally like more variety. It also feels good supporting a woman-owned, small local business :) Additionally, Michelle was so kind and helpful. She didn't make me feel rushed and understood when I couldn't afford something. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything at all which I really appreciate. Everything here is quality which is something I value. Michelle was also so accommodating. I have a service dog and she gave us space and was super respectful of not interfering with his work. She even let him stay in their outdoor patio when the shop was a bit too warm for him. I could have talked to her forever because she was so chill and wonderful to talk to. Thank you, Michelle! If you do decide to check out the store, make sure to ask for the pins and patches section! It's my favorite part because all of them are so unique and beautiful and very affordable, too! But yeah, you could say I'm a satisfied customer haha. Here's a pic of my first haul and definitely will not be my last!! read more

What a treasure of a little shop. I had the pleasure of being read by the beautiful and gifted Jade. I have had many readings over the years and found Jade to be fluent and knowledgeable in the language of the cards. She ties the layers of cards pulled, together with a deeper understanding of what message is coming through and how it relates to the questions being asked. I highly recommend Jade and this gem of a little shop! It's a nice treat for yourself! read more

I love it here! I keep coming back because of Jojo's readings, personality, and vibe. When I go for a reading, I can expect a great reading and, of course, some knowledge. She makes me feel like it's not just a reading but a conversation. She gives advice and is open to questions when I need some guidance. I can ask and speak about any topic, and I feel heard and not judged. Definitely will keep going back for readings read more

I had the opportunity to finally get in with Miss Jojo. She connected me to a loved one and brought up things that I never thought anyone would know. She helped me work through the loss I felt in my heart and confirmed my suspicions. She also helped me with a toxic friendship that I needed to cut the cords with. After my reading I felt like the weight I had been carrying for so long was lifted off of my shoulders. I'm thankful she took the time to make recommendations on things I should do to realign myself and let go of the grief I had been dealing with for so long. She has a true gift of love and light. read more

JOJO IM SO LUCKY THE UNIVERSE, MY ANGELS & GUIDES LEAD ME TO A CRYSTAL SHOP IN VENTURA BACK IN 2020 TO MEET YOU! YOU ARE SERIOUSLY THE REAL DEAL!! You've made me custom oils, custom candles, reiki healing and have done SOOOO many tarot readings for me. I'm going to start off with the oils, you made me an abundance oil & I only work AS NEEDED. I haven't worked in probably 4 months but recently they've been asking me to come in & the amount of money I made?? I MADE SO MUCH IN 4 days . The custom candles have helped me heal from past trauma and it has helped me so much I finally have peace!! ALSO the multiple REIKI HEALING sessions we have done as well has helped me heal my heart chakra & any blockages I have had!! THE TAROT READINGS, have ALWAYS been spot on for me too! For example: you told me I was going to have 85-95 questions on my NCLEX, the test stopped at 95! Another is also you warning me about a cavity I was going to get & to get it checked before it was too late. 4 months later I got it checked and of course I had to get a root canal lol! LAST one is you helping me connect to my best friend who passed away in 2020 & at that time you didn't know anything about my best friend passing away but you described him well & there were certain things he used to call me, you named every single one of those names. You also brought up a bracelet he gave me & that he would be connecting with me soon in my dreams to give me a message. OF COURSE HE DID. . Thank you for everything jojo! read more

I had previously been into Malones once before and loved it. I was recommended by a friend since I asked about where I can find crystals. I had a sudden interest in crystals out of nowhere. So she recommended there. Since the moment I went in I felt an immediate connection to it. The girls were lovely and very attentive. I then just went in today again to get a tarot reading from the lovely Jojo. She was spot on everything she said without knowing anything she left me speechless. 1,000% recommend if you are seriously considering finding some closure to things you feel you need an answer to. She also made recommendations based on what I asked about. You wont regret it! She was very sweet:) read more
