After verifying that my health insurance would be accepted and telling my wife that we would have zero out of pocket expense. Billed us $585 admitedly telling us that they "made a mistake" when they originally checked our insurance. They debited the $585 from my checking account. ABSOLUTE CROOKS who aren't willing to pay for their own mistakes. Would give zero stars if I could. Have been waiting for Tiffany's supervisor (Dr Amana) to call me for 3 days. They should be ashamed of themselves. I filed a complaint with the BBB read more

I wish I could give her 10 stars! She is an amazing doctor and person! I was so tired of the…read moreregular healthcare model. I wanted one doctor that took care of everything, that actually knew me. The direct care model is exactly that. Low monthly fee, direct access to your doctor via phone, text or email, and next day appointments! One appointment at Medexpress would cost me $250 due to my high deductible. I called immediately after an emergency regarding a reaction I had from my medication. I just switched to a new med because I felt it wasn't working and am realizing I may be allergic to both. Dr said she would pull my chart and put it on her schedule with an URGENT note so that Dr can call me first thing in the morning. I CALLED AGAIN asking why she did not call me back and that I am in pain. On top of this, Dr overcharged me multiple times.
