They spoke excellent English, and accommodated my odd or clueless questions about their food and drinks. They have a bunch coffee drinks, but I had a hot chocolate, which was good. It came with a lot of whipped cream on top, which was a bit confronting, but tasty, at least. Bathrooms: Only one, but clean and functional.

Yes it is elegantly displayed, but for the most part it lacked flavor. I had the soup of the day, a beetroot soup with oignons and potatoes, and it was simply bland... Same for the blueberry-raspberry cake with cream. The dumplings with duck and rosemary lard were on the opposite kind of tasty in comparison. This is one dish I enjoyed, and that I would recommend. But keep in mind that you can have far better pierogis in other places, I know that for a fact :) The waiting staff was just OK. Actually they forgot my order and I had to remind them after 40mn. But that was OK I was not in a hurry. I would give the restaurant another chance and maybe try their grilled meats, shrimps, or other style of dumplings. They have a good selection of wine I guess, but when I am more a beer kind of guy, so I had a classic pint of Carlsberg (9 zl).

We had a great brunch! I had the polish traditional soup (żurek), with sausage, ham, eggs and veggies, and then a mix french-polish dessert. I would strongly recommend the soup, but a little less the dessert. It wasn't bad, but nothing special and perhaps a little dry (despite the custard inside). I believe I should have picked one of their other desserts, which looked fabulous. The waiter had actually recommended the one with poppy seeds, perhaps you can be a better customer than I was and listen to his advice Service is very welcoming, nice, fun and hospitable.
