A day later, I was sent a text that if I send another $1,000 today I'd receive a "paid in full" receipt. I declined the offer and glad I did. I didn't receive a valid contract, no Bill of Laden, or Know My Rights as required by law. In short, I requested a refund after more upfront money was demanded. The company is refusing to refund my $850 even though no work was completed. In a conversation with Chris Wilson he said, "Thanks for donating to my boys." This seems to be the rule and not the exception for this company as other complaints also involve large deposits he doesn't refund. Upon further research, Divine Movers, has a F rating by the Better Business Bureau and is also unauthorized to move household goods by the Federal Motor Carrier Administration.

This is my first time ever using or paying for movers. They truly, truly went above and beyond. They were extremely patient with my mother, they packed VERY quickly and efficiently, and they communicated well. Jordan took extra care in helping us select certain items to keep and ways to unpack when we got to my mom's new home and Dakota was excellent at quickly moving furniture and keeping us informed of time. These two men were extraordinary. I will only use Two Men and a Truck Moving because of them. They literally changed my entire moving experience from pure chaos to a smooth, FAST, perfect, organized move, going far far above and beyond.
