In terms of service, I was served sparkling wine when I was seated and was told there would be pairings during the meal. Notably not mentioned was that I was being charged for each glass. I was never presented a wine list or an indication that the wine was separately charged, and I never ordered a glass of wine. Each glass appeared as a separate charge on the bill.
