We could not call because she will not publish her phone number, another bad sign, so we left, assuming she wasn't there, and now she won't refund a $50 deposit, saying that she was there. If she were there, then the door should have been unlocked, and someone should have opened it. We have never used her before, but this is bad business practice, and unless it is rectified, we will go out of our way to let everyone know about our bad experience.
