They had zero empathy and were very not understanding and charged me the full 300 without any attempt at creating a fair resolution with us. She thought grey blending was the best way to get the white / platinum hair I wanted since I am so grey already and in one visit I went from blonde highlights and brown dye with constant root touchups to beautiful white hair growing naturally at top and sides and she blended that to ends and under with no damage to my hair . I'm so happy with my color and so glad I didn't have to wait months for it to grow out ! Ya ya is very creative , talented , fast and so sweet , she's also very busy and that's obviously because she's great at what she does . she does nails and cuts just as well too .
