Turned out there was a pinched wire, which they diagnosed and fixed quickly (within an hour), so the charge was quite reasonable. Also, I asked them to wear masks in the house and they were very respectful of this request. He quoted me a price on a new unit. I wasn't in a big rush as my home had two systems. I took some time and decided on a Lennox. C@M doesn't sell those. He called me later and asked what I did about my AC. He said he would knock off service call on new Heil or Tempstar that they installed. I told him I got a Lennox. He flew mad saying he didn't want to work for me any more. The brands he sells can't compare to a Lennox and are very inefficient and entry level. Guess that's why Carrier wants to move to Mexico. I still had a lot of service work. Go elsewhere.
