Thomas does offer drone services as well which we use for our commercial listings, beach listings, and listings with acres of land. I am writing this 1-star review in an attempt to reach the owner of Dreamwood, as I have a signed…read morecontract with them to photograph and film my upcoming wedding, and I have not received a response from their team in over 50 days despite multiple emails and an attempted phone call. I have seen the owner respond to reviews here, so I am hoping this finally reaches someone who can help. Before explaining what has happened, I want to preface this by saying that I have remained extremely polite and professional throughout this entire process. I understand that wedding season is busy, timelines can shift, and editing takes time. I have tried to give the team every grace possible and have only asked for what was promised in our contract. Here is the timeline of the correspondence: * May 10: Received my engagement gallery with 83 edited photos, despite my contract including 100+ edited photos. * May 11: Expressed appreciation of the engagement photo work but asked if I could review the raw gallery and select additional images to be edited (I felt that was fair since I only received 83). The team was kind in their response and agreed. * May 19: Submitted 23 additional images for editing. * May 20: Received confirmation that my selections had been received and editing would begin. * June 12: Followed up to ask for an estimated timeline after hearing nothing for over three weeks. * June 15: Was told the updated gallery would be delivered "within the next 7 days." * June 22: The promised timeline passed with no additional photos and no communication. * July 9: Sent a follow-up email, explaining I understood it was wedding season and simply requested an update. No response. * July 23: Sent another follow-up, explaining that while I understood delays, communication was especially important since Dreamwood is also photographing and filming our wedding. No response. * July 30: Sent a detailed email to management documenting the timeline and requesting (1) the status of my engagement photos, (2) confirmation that the contracted 100+ edited photos would be delivered, and (3) a clear point of contact moving forward. I requested a response by August 5. * August 6: Still no response. I also called the phone number listed on Dreamwood's website, but it went straight to voicemail, and the mailbox was full, so I couldn't even leave a message. At this point, my biggest concern is no longer the engagement photos. It is that I have an active contract with Dreamwood to photograph and film one of the most important days of my life, yet I cannot get a response from anyone on their team. Every couple gets one wedding day. The moments Dreamwood was hired to capture cannot be recreated, which is why communication and reliability matter just as much as beautiful photographs. I have given the Dreamwood team over 50 days to respond but now I have lost confidence that they will be able to fulfill our wedding contract. And if anyone is wondering, the email communication has 8 people on it, so even if my main point of contact is no longer with the company, there are 7 other people who could respond. I also sent my last email to their main email address on their website, which again, received no response. At this point, I simply want my deposit refunded so that I can find another photographer and videographer who will communicate with us and give us confidence going into our wedding day. I am requesting that the owner of Dreamwood reach out to me.

Our planner suggested At a Glance as an affordable videographer with plenty of skill, and we signed a contract. They delivered on every level. Stephanie and Hector were lovely to work with. I corresponded with Stephanie over email and met both of them on the morning of my wedding. They were friendly and ubiquitous but never got in the way. We got our DVD in the mail last week and were pretty impressed with the twenty-minute video. It was gorgeous and fun to watch, with an editorial quality we weren't necessarily expecting. I was worried for a minute that we'd gotten a professional edit in lieu of raw footage, but both raw footage and a short highlight video were present in the DVD's special features. There was almost an hour and a half of raw footage, covering all the important moments. The only small issue was that the audio was quiet during one part of the ceremony - we asked our friend to sing a song, and his voice didn't come across as well as we'd hoped in the video. That said, the mistake was on our end. We never told Stephanie that our friend would be singing, so they couldn't set up the audio. I wouldn't even mention this issue except to note that if you want anything out of the ordinary recorded in great audio, you should talk to your videographer. We were lazy about this, but thankfully, Stephanie and Hector captured all the other moments with remarkable clarity. We've watched our video a couple times now and are very happy with how it turned out. We will treasure this DVD for the rest our lives. I'd recommend At a Glance for your wedding without the smallest hesitation.
