Several Days Later William and Corey Called and said I had not returned or agreed to the contract, which was incorrect; turns out they had misspelled our email address in their new billing or computer system. They re-sent the contract to me using the correct email address, I signed it electronically same day, and got a return confirmation of the contract with 518Lawncare- even though it was now $10 more per snow event than my original contract. So, we got about 6 to 8 inches of new snow between 12/09/25 and 12/10/25. That evening was calm and without snow; unfortunately also Again Without Snow Removal all night. Now, here we are on 12/11/25 at 4:30 PM again with N0 Snow Removal and No Return Phone Call. 518Lawncare did well with our lawns in 2025 but so far snow removal is NOT BEING DONE AT ALL; POOR COMMUNICATION. This all makes me sad and disappointed. We need help, not excuses. See two pictures.
