BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CHARLIE DEL ROSS…read more. I called him for a minor plumbing repair, and he quoted me $165/hour. He sent a guy out he looked at the job and he told me it would take less than an hour. I agreed and told him to do the job as I was expecting to pay $165/hour The job was completed in 47 minutes and then I am presented a bill for $550 I called Charlie del Ross and asked why he is charging me $550 he told me he will get back to me. I never hear back from Charlie, but his guy gives me a new bill for $450 and tells me Charlie took $100 off. Clearly this is a scam and I'm currently reporting to the BBB

BEWARE!!! Yes, SJP showed up on time…read more Yes, SJP did a good job. NO, SJP was not "low up pricing" like it claims. NO, SJP does NOT honor their 10% discount for senior citizens, military, first responders, etc, like it claims. SJP's ad is well-crafted to reflect an "honest Abe", community-minded enterprise with old school values, when in fact the actual business ethics could benefit from some plunging of its own.

I scheduled an appointment with this plumbing company for work at our home. My wife took a day off…read morefrom work and drove two hours to be there for the appointment as we are in the process of moving and not yet living there. The workers showed up an hour late and, to our surprise, told us they were too busy to do the work that day and would email an estimate later. When I called to find out what was going on, I was met with rudeness. The person on the phone claimed they didn't know they were supposed to do any work and then abruptly hung up on me. would strongly caution anyone considering this company--reliable service and basic courtesy should not be too much to ask.

My father had used Tony Campana for plumbing issues for many years, so now whenever we have an…read moreissue they are still our go to plumbers. I recently needed a clean-out on the main sewer line on a rental property that had been infiltrated with roots and was draining slow, they were there the next day and were in and done in less than two hours and when they left you wouldn't have know they were ever there! Michael Campana recommended that the line be replaced and provided an estimate for the job which we are now scheduled to have completed. I sleep better at night knowing there is still affordable but more importantly, reliable and competent plumbers available and for me, that's Campana Plumbing.

I recently had a Toto toilet installed, but after the contractor left, I noticed it wasn't properly…read morealigned with the wall. It needed to be rotated slightly on the flange and re-secured, a relatively minor adjustment I could have done myself. However, since I was planning to have the original contractor cover the cost, I decided to hire a plumber. I called several local plumbing companies, and Barron initially stood out because the woman who answered was very eager to help. She offered a same-day appointment, which I couldn't take, but she quickly arranged someone to come the next day. She assured me the estimate would be free and that if I agreed to the price, they would do the job right then and there. That's where things started to go wrong. The technician arrived, looked at the situation, and said it would be simple. He then went to his truck, entered the job into their pricing system (ServiceTitan), and returned with a quote of nearly $1,000. For a minor realignment job that required redrilling a few holes and reseating the flange adapter, this price was outrageous. When I pushed back, explaining the work should be a quarter of that cost, he offered a "discount" if I signed up for an annual maintenance subscription. This lowered the bill by $141, but the subscription cost $88, so I saved only around $50. I agreed, reluctantly, just to save something. Then came the actual work. What should have been under an hour turned into over three hours. The tech didn't make a template when drilling the securing studs, so every time he reinstalled the toilet, it leaked during the test flush. After about an hour of this, he had already worn out his tile bit and had to leave to buy a new one. At one point, I heard him calling dispatch for help, but no one was available. He just kept trying, making more holes and failing to align the toilet properly. Eventually, he got it installed, but now I'm left with a floor full of unnecessary drill holes hidden under the toilet. It looks like I'm stuck with this placement unless I want to redo the flooring. To make matters worse, I'm still waiting on confirmation that the subscription has been canceled. I will never use Barron again and will warn others to steer clear. Their flashy vans and branding might look professional, but the service and pricing were anything but. Look for a skilled, independent local plumber instead.
