Communicated for weeks about my truck build, once it had been in their shop for about a week they…read morecalled me and told me they "dont know what to do pick it up now" and repeatedly said another guy with a Silverado was in the process of suing them. I sent the truck in with nothing but a dead battery and 10 grand worth of parts and got it back broken down. They told me there was metal in the transmission and they didn't know how to delete the DOD (weeks were spent discussing the build) which didn't matter either way given I gave them every part to rebuild and bullet proof the transmission had the truck sent straight to Chevy and the transmission had 0 metal in it and nobody has been able to figure out why my truck is broken down a week later, absolute unprofessional bums.

Brought my truck in and had oil changed fuel filter change transmission flushed front and rear differential fluid changed transfer case fluid changed did a full transmission flush as well as an air filter and wiper blades all by 3:00pm. That is the fastest any service center has ever turned my truck around even with just a basic service. Highly recommend them and I will drive out of my way to be back.
