Matt at Monadnock Insurance, not only cheerfully answers but when the call gets disconnected, HE CALLS ME BACK! Seriously, SO grateful for an amazing Insurance company who answers the phone, files the claim, offers to call a rental for me, and googles how to get my car to bypass the security keeping it from starting after the accident. I literally had to "let him go" because he didn't want to let me off the phone until he knew I was up & running. He always goes above and beyond and tonight; I am reminded that I am extra blessed! If you are considering changing insurance companies, I have sent many people to Monadnock Insurance and you should call for a quote because if the rates compare, the customer service is unmatched! Thank you, Matt!!! You're calm, empathetic tone and clear outline of the procedure really made a huge difference in an upsetting moment & I really appreciate you!

I wanted to work with a local insurance agent with a local office when I moved to Keene last year…read more Kapiloff seemed to fit the bill. But my experience has been very poor. First, I wanted to go in person to discuss options. The rep I talked to refused that option and insisted we do it all by phone. She took lots of my time asking me questions to fill out forms and provide a quote for both homeowners and auto policies. The homeowners was a decent rate so I wanted to lock it in. Then she sent the form she'd filled out, and several items were wrong. She hadn't asked the question or she took my response incorrectly. As corrections were made, the rate increased each time. I ended up with a substantially higher rate than she'd quoted. Now that I'm a customer, I can log into their portal -- yay! But it's anemic -- my policies aren't even posted there, and I still have to do everything with both my homeowner and auto companies myself, at their websites directly. Their customer service is lousy in all aspects (email and phone -- I suggested they relabel their "from" email addresses so they aren't mistaken as spam and was argued with about the suggestion). They don't proactively offer assistance; I had to call several times to get access to the portal, and only then found out it's useless. I recommend finding another local insurance office.
