Almost every other vape shop in this area will let you exchange a defective vape for a working one if you just bought it and didn't even leave the store ! Their was a whole bin full of them so they could have easily exchanged it for a new one. Bad bad customer service ! Their are plenty of other vape shops in this area,to have this much competition and still have shitty customer service is just a bad business practice. Prices are mostly reasonable, plus a small upcharge (on account of it being a smaller business), wholesale tobacco and nicotine are the most reasonable. For glass and supplies, not the cheapest option, but the staff will help you find what you need in your price range, and the lass they have is mostly unique. Half of it cannot be found online or in other stores, honestly cool to go and take a look around.

It's a father/son team running the place and they are very nice people. So here's my thing.....when I started vaping, the shop I went to in Bloom sold me something to get me out of the door. I'm pretty sure it's mostly college kids who work there just trying to make a few extra bucks, so they aren't exceptionally knowledgable of what they're selling and they're probably more concerned with getting back on facebook or twitter than they are with actually helping a customer. These guys at Iron Vapor know their stuff though and they know how to treat a customer. Every time we go in, we usually end up spending at least 15-20 minutes just shooting the breeze with them and they actually want to make sure that you are getting something that you're going to enjoy. During my first visit I ended up buying a new mod and a new tank from them, but after I opened it and tried it (which meant putting my mouth on it), I discovered that I didn't care for the tank. I took it back the next day, not really expecting them to take it back, but just hoping that they'd maybe cut me a deal on a different tank.....they didn't even hesitate to take it back and give me full credit towards something more to my liking. My only complaint is that they don't stock my favorite flavor of vape, so I'm still forced to drive to Bloom for that, but these guys will get my business for everything else. I love supporting small business guys like this.
