On my first visit was fitted for orthotics (insoles for shoes), paid $500, and told to expect them in about four weeks. Fourteen weeks later I still hadn't heard anything so I called the office and was told to set up an appointment. When I got to the office they had no idea where my insoles were, but they were sure it was a problem with the lab, and would call the lab and let me know. After not hearing an update, I finally got the number of the lab they used, and in 2 minutes found out from the lab that the doctors office had not sent my order to the lab. Avoid unless you want to deal with multiple appointments, long waits, and poor communication.

He's very nice and even in pain he makes you feel at ease. I highly recommend this doctor as he also has a few other locations he services around Manhattan and Long Island. I went to his Times Square and Union Square office and the staff was great as well. I also love that he didnt charge me for every visit because he said a few times he only needed to check the status of my healing and it's not necessary to make a patient pay every time. Most doctors would nickle and dime you to death. I give this doctor a terrific rating.
