My foot issues have been the result of improper foot wear and jobs where I'm on my feet 12 plus hours a day. This doctor and his staff is amazing with pushing conservative care first and foremost. They listen to you and take your pain seriously.

I have not been to this office in years and when I left, I was accidentally overcharged and had a credit on my account (I still have the statement from 2 years ago saying there is a credit on my account). Yesterday I received an old bill in the mail dated back to 3 years ago claiming I owe them hundreds of dollars today. They didn't care that I had a claim statement showing a credit to my account postmarked after the date on this "new statement". I even called my old insurance, but couldn't get any proof of this bill. The management of their billing is outrageous and will try to scam you. They admitted that their old billing was done incorrectly, yet now they are hunting down old patients and forcing them to pay new charges that were never shown before. I wish I could go back in time - I would've found a different doctor instead.

After 2 years they suddenly sent me an outrageous charge which was already settled in the past and refused to talk to me, refused to admit the matter was closed 2 years ago and forwarded it to collection. I guess patients do not want to use their services anymore so they try to earn money in other ways. Shameful!
