Although a helpful tip from the cashier is that you can order any cold sandwich hot. We had the Lucky Luciano (hot) and the Sophia (cold). Both were really good--it was hard to choose between the two. But if I'm being honest, that cold sandwich was reminiscent of subs I loved in the early 2000s from places that no longer exist...with that super thinly sliced turkey, thick slice of Swiss cheese, and basil mayo--it really hit the spot. We also had a cannolo--not as good as others I've had. The bottled root beer was delightful. The Lucky Luciano was the kind of sandwich I came here for, and don't get me wrong, it is deliciously cheesy and will make your hands messy. But the Sophia is the kind of sandwich I'll be craving. My only regret was not taking a sandwich to-go for later. Open a location closer to Houston, please. :)

Because I expected it to have the thinner bread, I asked them to cut it. I usually like to have my sandwich cut in the middle, so I can eat half of it while driving since I'm almost always on the go. When they cut half of the sandwich, the aluminum foil bits were inside of the sandwich and that was really annoying because I had to pick off almost half of the sandwich from the ends of the sandwich just to make sure I didn't eat any bits of aluminum foil. I would ask them to either cut sandwiches in half separately before wrapping or have better quality aluminum foil (You can see the aluminum foil in the pictures). The sauce and meat was good and the veggies seemed fresh. I'm not knocking this place down, I'll definitely be back to try out again but just something to be aware of. You can tell that use great quality product ingredients. The chicken eggroll was good as well. They have quite the menu and I look forward to trying several things off their menu.
