This business is clean and cozy with a large variety of upscale merchandise ranging from lotions to teddy bears.
Staff members are generally friendly with the exception of a pharmacist who is moody at best. Occasionally she will dispense a frozen smile. Despite being a frequent shopper, I can count the number of those smiles on one hand, and I try to give everyone the benefit of knowing life can be tough. Lastly, it's best to give her as advance notice for refills. Many times I've been given a partial refill because there isn't an adequate supply on hand. It happens. However, for those who live in remote location, it can be an extra expense for those who drive. To compensate, it would be lovely to hear, "I'm sorry," or even a "thank-you." Common courtesy is the best method to keep customers coming back, especially when they aren't feeling their best. read more
