She finished the job under 3 hours which I was extremely pleased with as it would have taken me much longer. Everything I asked for was done and to a very high standard. We recently used the cleaning agency in Edinburgh and it's been absolutely appalling. The second…read moreweek of cleaning the cleaner was a no show and has not been responding to any calls, texts or emails. Clearly bad things do happen so we're not sure if she has a genuine issue. However this is still a possible security issue as she has our keys. The agency has since informed me that they cannot get a person over to her home to check on her/get our keys back for a week! They should be able to get someone over in 24 hours to check. I was further told it was "not the responsibility of the agency". Absolutely appalling and the agency should not be running out of Edinburgh if they cannot get someone on the ground there. I will be telling everyone I know NEVER to use this agency.
