I booked a detailed clean for my 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. It was supposed to be the clean you purchase when you want your house scrubbed top to bottom, and not a speck of dust to be seen...ha! I walked in and saw a dust bunny, found any area that was covered (eg: underneath kettle/toaster) dirty, some of the services that were supposedly included on the website completely neglected (bins not emptied, appliances not cleaned) and everything done to a lesser quality than I would expect. The cleaner took just about 4 hours, and this included an oven clean. In my estimation $60 an hour, which is what it would have equated to, is an extremely expensive rate for the quality of service provided. The kicker was that I didn't have correct change of $239 so left $250 with a note apologising, and though all the money was taken there was no change and no note back. Poor form in my opinion. As well as this, despite there being an 'easy Internet booking' service, the company was unable to provide the clean at the time I specified. The company claims to have a 200% satisfaction policy, and I could complain and possibly arrange a follow up clean, but given the difficulties so far I'm reluctant to bother.
