They ripped us off, charged over 500 more than was originally quoted and we couldn't change cleaners because it was the last day of the lease. We paid extra for oven cleaning, they didn't even do that. They should be put in jail - absolute scum bags.

But on the day they arrived hours late and attempted to charge us more than double the quote we had agreed. We managed to get it down but still had to pay way more than the original quote, and we really felt that they had taken advantage of us and the last-minute situation we were in. When they left, they left marks on the walls, dust still throughout the flat, and damp toilet paper in the bathroom.
