Their sales presentation was no-pressure, informative and polished. Andy surveyed the house and insulation to gauge needed BTUs and made a recommendation. They made a second visit to look at placement and gauge the materials needed. On installation day, they were at home at the appointed time, working all day to install the units, pressurize and test them. A couple of days later, their contract electrician came over to do the electrical installation, this one as seamless and professional as the others. And having these units came at a great time as the rest of the week and into the next we had hot, humid, and unhealthy air. We were absolutely comfortable at home and slept like babies. My unit that was replaced had no trouble with the air conditioning. We are under some warranty process and stuck waiting for a mystery part. No air conditioning, very hot. Not offered a replacement unit yet. Taking too long. I paid in full immediately and we can't cook or work in the apartment because we are uncomfortable. They were nice and gave us a temporary portable unit for one bedroom. We have two bedrooms and now cannot have our daughter visit us since we have no air conditioning. Yesterday the air quality index was high so it is not recommended to be outside. They are supposed to be the best people around so really afraid to try the competition. I thought I would have had a replacement part in June but did not happen. Very disappointed.
