I use them because unlike most print and design companies only care about a $$$$ dollar and whats best for themselves. I can personally say they will go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied with their service and product. They don't judge there customers as just customers but treat them all like friends and family! I have experienced some companies who have told me straight up, "don't get confused business is business and friendship is friendship" was turned away quick lets just say. Since turned my business to this company I couldn't be happier! :) Hope my review help others!

Over time, he approached me about hosting. What was included in the hosting was never made clear and after countless attempts, I still haven't gotten clarification. I was actually trying to pay Hunter more money to tune up the website and such. He was incredibly difficult to get in touch with. It was normal for 5-8 emails and voicemails to go unreturned in a row. He didn't seem to want to take the work. After a full year of paying $40 / month for hosting, I informed him that we no longer needed his services. This is where Upward has earned the 1 star.... I received written acknowledgement from Hunter that we will no longer be charged for hosting. That never happened and he continues to charge my credit card at will. Months later I'm still being charged. They provide no option to self service cancel. I have been patient with him, but none of my calls and emails are returned. I have to decline the credit card charge each month. Hunter seems to be fine with that. It going to lead to further problems with Upward Web Design. Buyer beware.

Bottom line is this company cannot be trusted and their efforts were disingenuous. They will take your money and provide nothing.
