Despite being very booked, she found time to fit me in and now I have a regular schedule with her. The website is not good and apparently is not kept up to date with accurate information by all the independent businesses. Last night I attempted to book an appointment online and was allowed to see open appointment days and times for a stylist and select an appointment, but was then required to provide a credit card to ensure that I don't "no show or cancel too late" (20% of the service would be charged to my account if I no show). I thought to myself, "oh these poor small business owners have to do this because of inconsiderate people who schedule and then don't show". After I enter my credit card information I get a pop up message in red that tells me the stylist doesn't take online reservations!! What?! So, I leave a message for her on the website and send a text at the number provided. This morning I receive a message from the number that tells me she/they who ever is on the other end of the message that she/they is NOT accepting new clients. What?! No acknowledgement of the inaccurate information on her page on the website, no reassurance that my credit card information will be removed from the website and not used by whom ever. No apology for the inconvenience of my time wasted looking through all the businesses, searching for appointments, filling in forms, sending messages. No consideration for the fact that I will have to spend my valuable time calling my credit care company to cancel my card and update all the reputable businesses I use it for online!! So beware because the Image Studios website and the supposed small business owner has my credit card information and I have no appointment. Feeling like I have just been scammed! What a hassle! Where's my avenue to recoup compensation for my time? I think I am owed 20% of what I deem my time to be worth!! I just want a simple hair cut from a respectful licensed professional who takes their profession and small business seriously. So disappointed and bewildered by it all!
