I brought a Venezuelan friend here to see what he thought, and he gave it his stamp of approval (although apparently it's just not possible to get that true Venezuelan taste in Chile because of the availability of some ingredients). Also, the price is great so it makes for a good lunch for me (and conveniently is close to my apartment!). You can also order on delivery apps like PedidosYa, but it's cheaper to get it in the actual restaurant.

It has a homey, rustic decor. It's open from lunch on all day which is good if you are looking for a late lunch early dinner. We had the fried fish and ceviche - they have a much better selection of the latter than anywhere else we've been. Good selection of fresh juices - I had the blueberry without sugar which was great. Not a place for sea views like many other places in this area - the two windows in front look out on the buildings across the narrow street - but the food is definitely worth trying.

When looking for a dinner spot one night, we saw that one of Chile's top rated restaurants was a just a few minutes walk away. Some Pisco Sours, some local wines, fresh and exquisite entrées, followed by a delicious dessert and an elegant and cozy setting... all making for a truly special evening. Rambling down the street the following day, the lovely owner, Laura, whom we met at dinner, came out to chat and wish us well on our journey.
