I was young and dumb when I used this service and thought the price was something I could deal with. The real issue here is that they set up an allotment from your military payroll, but never update you on how far along your payment is. I've been paying it off for years, then cut the allotment thinking I might be done, and they didnt bug me. About a year later they finally contacted me telling me that I owed them over a thousand in late fees, had accrued a ton of interest, and if I didn't start making minimum payments it would go to collections. I said the interest and late fees were BS because they dont even send invoices there is no way to track payment progress, and they said I couldn't discuss removing those fees until I had made three months of minimum payments. Steer clear. They aren't helping the military, they are profiteering off of us trying to get home for midtour.

I called and received an immediate person - no dialing this number or that. Jessica went right to work to arrange the cruise and airfare my husband and I needed - all very smoothly. Then a few days later, additional family wished to join us. Backed to Jessica to arrange which was not as smooth, but not the fault of Jessica. Rates and availability of cruise rooms and especially air flights change daily. Changes had to be made, but Jessica did her best to arrange both cruise and air to all of our satisfaction. Why didn't they mark this office as closed. I would have gone elsewhere, like Walgreens! I am furious.

This office serves a huge area where some folks have to drive over an hour to get there and this is a lousy way to treat them. But it's okay. Lessons were learned: 1. This is someone's hobby, not a serious business. 2. Assume the advertised hours are a lie and ALWAYS call ahead to make sure someone will be there to let you in.
