look, I read all the bad reviews on this place but I thought I'm gonna go give them a try anyway and I'm glad I did. They got me in immediately, and my entire nail appointment was 35 minutes for us full set of beautiful acrylics. The place was clean and quiet and well lit. she told me upfront how much it was gonna cost so there were no surprises. She told me she been doing nails for 35 years and you could tell because she did a wonderful job. I will be going there again for my fill, and I will continue being a customer. I read the reviews and the worst were really old. Decided to try while taking a driving break. I really wanted to encounter a 5 star nail salon as was more like recent experiences. If you have time to lean, you have time to clean. Or shake nail polish bottles. I walked in and it was empty aside from the one person working. She was nice and friendly but the condition of the place can use some basic TLC. The basins are obviously not cleaned on a regular basis. Grime on chairs, basins and handles. I did see the tools come from the cleaner box and she put them back in after she finished with me. I chose regular polish over gel. None were shaken and a little old looking and separated. She soaked my feet in regular water but no cuticle softener or other soap. The purple callus smoother was not new and obviously used with some black. Chairs can adjust but no massage elements. Afterwards I bought some rubbing alcohol from Food Lion next door and coated my feet. That's when I noticed there was polish on my cuticles and past the nail bed. Kind of sloppy. No base coat. Only top coat. Best to skip until the sanitation and skill move up. read more

Everything needs help!!! Sloppy work and unprofessional. I can't believe they have a license to do nails or anything else in the business. The pedicure was the worse I ever had. They put your feet in cool water, buff your nails, scrub your feet enough not to remove dead skin, polish toe nails, put lotion on legs, slap legs with hot towel and you're out. I had a fill in and pedicure in less than 30 minutes. How?? Because they didn't do anything. They try to up charge and sale everything, except great service. I wasted over $100, crazy right! I will never spend another dollar there. Stay away don't go to this nail spa. There is nothing in there that says spa. However, they have spa prices. Every piece of furniture in there says paid off 15+ years ago and not up grading ever!! Yuck!!! I hope I don't get a fungus. read more

Love coming here. Everyone is so nice. And the nails last longer than anywhere else in town. Would def recommend nice vibe !

They only use electric nail files to take off gel nails which highly damage nail beds. I asked them to soak them off and was told they don't do that. It's more like a get them in and out fast, without quality nail place. I prefer a place that cares about my nails. Sad because I'm moving here and looking for a permanent place. read more

After pandemic prices have been doubled, technician went out of her way to cover the work being done work. Charged before doing the work so customer couldn't challenge their work and ask for them to correct them. After addressing the noticed issues technician makes an irrelevant excuse. Waxed eyebrows and took no hair off. Also wasn't practicing Covid-19 guidance. Will never recommend this nail shop to anyone ever again. read more

I went to Magic Nails today and had a very,very bad experience. It was alot different from how awful I"ve been in the past. But I thought that it was just me. So I decided to give them another chance. Well let me tell you today was the worst. The wife Ann is very DISRESPECTFUL and seem not to be a business owner that wants to keep her business. 3 of us went in for 3 pedicures and 1 full set and 2 eyebrow waxing. All was done in an hour with only 2 people working on us. Toe nails are all different lengths. Also was charged $45 for pedicure with gel polish when it was advertised as $40. We also had a child that was scared of the same whole pedicure experience so they only cut her nails and painted them. The lady trimmed nails on one hand ok get's to the other hand and trims them to nubbs. I said ma'am this is WAAAAY too short. She YELLS not my fault your fault I'm like how's it my fault if you're the one cutting my nails and I'm holding my hand beside the other one so you can see length to cut it Then I asked the guy to cut my cuticles. He was like that's $10 extra. I'm like but I'm getting a manicure that's not included. I've never paid extra to have my cuticles cut. DO NOT GO HERE. I wouldn't even give them one star if it were possible. They basically peeled the gel nails off and when I told her it was painful she just told me this is the quickest way to get it done. She rounded may nails and I prefer square. I could have done a better job at home. And $15 for taking it off. And the gel is still on parts of ny nail. Terrible customer service. NEVER GOING BACK! If I could leave no stars I would! Went to this place years ago when I was in 9th grade for prom and she took half of my eyebrow off. Recently decided to give it another try from 2013 to September 19th 2020 walked in she told me how terrible my eyebrows looked and how bad they needed doing So she put the wax on and she (Ann) completely took my eyebrow off besides the end On my left side and then told me how beautiful I looked afterwards and how I need to keep coming to her! Saturday,Sept 5,2020 :First time ever coming to this salon. Never again . Three people worked on me . I had a fill in pedicure ,and eyebrow wax $94 they charged me. Then the pedicure as soon as they finished taking the polish off another lady feet with blue polish she used on mine right after they didn't wipe it down or nothing blue polish was still on the drill I had to say something with this Covid 19 going around.The younger girl cut my skin with the drill like nothing happen until I said something again (patience wearing thin) and the older lady she was just being so fast the man he does not no how to paint nails they need to go back and regroup. I called to let her no that polish was chipping she gone tell me come back I fix for you the next morning my hands were so sore felt like I had been in a fight ...horrible that's the last $94 they take from me I don't even pay that much at my hometown . I went to this salon today because I had gone three months without a manicure nor pedicure. If I had known then what I know now I would not have wasted my time. My nails were too small and placed on crooked. I was talked into a nail polish that is very pink and not neutral. My pedicure was unfinished there was skin left on the back of my foot. I would not refer anyone to go to this salon they are sloppy and in too much of a hurry to have faithful customers. read more

I'm absolutely calling the health department. Hair stuck to the walls, wax everywhere, nail polish spilled and never cleaned up. Dirty and handprints all over the walls. Bathroom door looks like someone spilled something on it and left it. I've never been so disgusted. On top of that the woman who screwed my eyebrows up left wax on my face, was yanking on my chin and was extremely unprofessional. She didn't even tell me she was done. This nail salon is the filthiest one I have ever been in, the manicure I received was at best rated a 2. Never again.

Shop is not very clean, customer service was awful. I got a shellac manicure which was $30 I checked with other nail places in town, the going rate was $20-$25. I have no problem paying a little extra if the service is worth it, which it was not. The shellac chiped the same day and I never recicved what I would call a manicure. No lotion, cuticle oil, cuticle trim, or cleaning under the nail. They filed and buffed that's it. When I asked them about lotion ect. I was told they provide free hand lotion and was pointed to the direction of the bottle. There was also a large sign on the door that said no refunds of exchanges! read more
