Hot Sauce Bottle

I've heard so much about this place. I'm not really sure what took us so long to try it. The takeout route did not disappoint. The food is well seasoned. The portions are generous. It's also fun that you can buy bottles of their signature sauces for your home kitchen. We ordered the steak and fried shrimp combo with a baked potato and lemon pepper wings with fries. Both orders were cooked just the way we ordered them. Add this one to your rotation. Especially for parties. They have the kind of menu that as your ordering one thing you can't wait for your next visit to order other items. Up Next for me will probably be the macaroni and cheese or the fish sandwich. You know I'll keep you posted and you know I'll post pics. Plan to spend 25 to 45 for dinner entrées. This is truly a dinner menu takeout and delivery orders are not available until after 4 o'clock. Love that I am less than five miles from this Atlanta gem

Wings are on the smaller side but the flavors are not lacking. The package was really great and transported well during delivery. You can't go wrong with the wings from here.

Magic City Kitchen lived up the the hype with its wings. I don't even know where to get as good of wings in Atlanta. The LouWill Lemon Pepper bbq flavor was the perfect taste and the Sweet Potato Fries were even great. FYI, they have a beyond burger as a vegan option.

As the great Lizzo once said, "Find me up in Magic City bustin' hundreds by the bands" except I'd drop my hundreds on chicken wings. I've been DYING to try these wings on my last two trips to ATL and I finally had the chance to check it out. If you come to Magic City for the wings and not boobies (like me), listen up. 1. Order your wings in advance on their website (order.magiccitykitchen.com). 2. Once you place you order, it will give you an estimated time to pick up your order. 3. Park on the street as the lot is valet only for club guests. 4. Get checked by security. Have your ID ready and you'll get a pat down and bags checked. Let them know you're there to pick up food and have your order/receipt ready to show them. They'll let the other security at the door know you're there for food. 5. Once you're inside, show your ID and let them know you're there to pick up food. then go through the door on the right. 6. Hang a left once you're in the main room and you should see the small window where the kitchen is. Wait in line and once you're at the window, show them your order on your phone. **If your food is not ready within 20 minutes of you stepping inside, ask them an approximate time the food will be ready and leave the club. If you stay inside more than 20 minutes, security will charge you the $60 cover. If you do leave and come back, remember to grab your ID at the front. Once you come back, you have to go through security and do the whole thing all over again.** We ordered the Justice Magic, Honey Garlic and Lemon Pepper. Orders are $15 a flavor and come with 10 pieces. You have the option to do all flats for $17 or all drums for $17. Each order of wings comes with a side of fries or onion rings. These were 10000% the best wings I've EVER had. Believe the hype.

Ep. 100! of AntlantaEats "There's a Magic in the Wangs while she twerk!" Some of you already know this but for those who don't know, Strip Clubs have the best Wangz!! they take that title serious! I typically don't go for tiny wings but these made the cut!!! What better day than to do Magic City Monday!!! It's been my bucket list to attend and finally made it happen!

This is a photo of 25 wings! Can you believe it? 25 tiny, tiny, precious, did I say tiny?, Wings.

I said I'd update the review after we tried the buffalo wings. Again, tiny, tiny, tiny. Pure salt because there's very little meat. Reminder that I ordered from Goldbelly. But never again. These were the worst wings I've ever had.

Garlic Parmesan Wings

This is for a GoldBelly delivery which is a national food delivery system. For an event like WrestleMania, a meal fitting the biggest wrestling event of the year is needed. The much hyped Magic City Wing's were the choice for us for said event. We got 25 garlic parmesan wings and 25 of the infamous LouWil Lemon Pepper BBQ wings. Wings came with directions on how to reheat and some extra seasonings for them. Clearly this will not taste as good as the wings would if getting them fresh so I don't judge them on that. This is purely on flavor, taste, and wing quality. The LouWil Lemon Pepper BBQ wings were outstanding. Adding the lemon pepper to the BBQ is a simple, yet masterful wing combination. Truly the star of the duo. Garlic Parmesan's didn't have a ton of seasoning to them and were rather unspectacular. We wished we just got 50 of the LouWil's by the end of it. The size of the wings were also quite small, not sure if its bc they were being delivered or what the rationale on it was. Very glad we got the say we tried the Magic City wings without traveling to Atlanta or having to break the NBA bubble . Would love to try next time I am in the city

The chicken and sauce (hot) was really good but really small. Potentially the smallest wings I've ever seen in my life.

It came with a cornbread, a buttery biscuit, and banana pudding. I was pleasantly surprised by the other items since the ordering site only listed the entree. Best Shrimp & Grits I've had to date. The shrimp was fresh and not overcooked or rubbery. The grits were smooth. The gravy was well seasoned, but not overly salty or rich. The cornbread and bread or biscuit was good, but not extraordinary. Those were quite dense and heavy paired with the other food. I loved the banana pudding. This meal jumpstarted my banana pudding hyper fixation. Very fragrant and not too thick yet still nice and creamy. It wasn't overly sweet or heavy either. It was a good dessert to round out the meal. I hope to come here again and have an actual sit down experience. Curious to see the ambiance!

I ordered for my whole crew -- my mom, my sister, my brother-in-law, my nephew, and myself -- and we went ALL IN. We had smothered pork chops, buy one get one free smothered chicken wings AND fried chicken wings (because why not! ), plus broccoli & cheese casserole, turnip greens, mashed potatoes, and that cornbread stuffing... BABYYYYY... when I say every single bite was GOOD... I mean GOOD GOOD Everything was seasoned just right, cooked with love, and giving real, authentic, down-home soul food. You can tell this is the kind of food that's been perfected over time -- not rushed, not watered down... just straight comfort on a plate. We were literally sitting there eating and just looking at each other like "yeah... this is it right here" That's when you KNOW the food hit! I'm already planning my next order -- whether it's for my family again or just me having a "treat myself" day. Because yes... it's THAT serious. And listen... I'm just gonna be honest... in MY humble opinion this right here is better than Paschal's. I said what I said! Don't come for me But for real, thank you Busy Bee for coming THROUGH with some amazing, authentic soul food that really fed the soul today If you haven't tried it yet... what are you waiting on?! Go get you some! Trust me... you're gonna be thinking about that next plate before you even finish the first one

The chicken was alright, but I wouldn't say it was the best I ever had, let alone consider it the world's best. This joint is located in the lower hub, but I believe there's also an outside street entrance. Upon entering, we were told to sit anywhere. The interior is rather dim, and it wasn't super clean as there were still some crumbs on our table from the last people who dined there. There is also a very casual feel to the place, exemplified by the fact that food is served on styrofoam plates and paper trays. FOOD: 2-Piece Dark (Thigh & Leg) (4/5) - Chicken was nice and crispy, but nothing crazy special to me. I was expecting it to be spicier. Liked it more with the Louisiana hot sauce on the table. The chicken rests on a slab of white bread and is served with average slaw and sweet baked beans. Fried Okra (3.5/5) - First time having fried okra. Not bad, and I guess frying it eliminates the slimy texture associated with okra. SERVICE: I am not usually one to complain about service. The person who served us was sweet when we did interact, but it was so hard to get their attention to order and get the bill. But beyond that, the kitchen was noticeably SLOW. My brother and I literally only ordered one plate/portion to share since we wanted to try more places, but it took over half an hour to receive our food. They do emphasize that food is cooked to order, but I still found the wait to be baffling. TLDR// Come here or don't, but if you do, make sure you are not on a time crunch. Maybe I am just being harsh because I was expecting more from a place claiming to have the world's best.

RC had approached her with a flier at a gas station, informing her that his restaurant had just opened up. Anyway, I'm ordering my meal, the same meal I always get each time I go. I will be back to try jerk turkey and meatloaf. Maybe next Sunday.

The live band was decent. Not terrible, but definitely not good enough for me to watch. Then I waited. And waited. Thankfully, I was able to doom scroll TikTok, because my food didn't arrive till 9:52pm- the place closes at 10pm! There were 4 customers at the bar (which seats 10), and one of the other patrons sitting near me clearly was annoyed that his take-out order was taking just as long. Do yourself a favor. Inside, it's a casual, counter-service setup with a clean, open dining room and a few booths around the edge. The vibe is informal and welcoming. The food is served cafeteria-style: you pick your meat and sides, and they plate it for you. While the default seems to be takeout, you're welcome to sit and eat there. I went with the baked chicken, which comes with rice and gravy and includes two sides. I picked cabbage and mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was exactly what you'd hope for--cheesy, creamy, smooth, and flavorful with satisfying cheese pulls in every bite. The cabbage was cooked just right--tender but not mushy--with great seasoning. The rice and gravy had deep, balanced flavor without being too salty or heavy. In fact, nothing was oversalted, which is a rare and welcome surprise in a small spot like this. The meal also came with a small cornbread muffin that hit the spot. Dessert options included hot cobblers like apple and peach, along with a tempting variety of cake slices--all of which looked fantastic.
