Call the main office to make an appointment and within an hour I got a phone call from Harry the owner to schedule my roof cleaning. Samuel and John showed up on the day they promised at the time they promised and honored the price they quoted. My roof is incredibly clean my lanai is beautifully clean and the crew was a pleasure to have working around the house. They killed 4 plants, some grass and part of a tree. The roof looks really good. When we complained about the dead areas they asked us to send pictures.We did so on May 6th. They replied that they sent the images to the manager to assess. They ask us to allow 2 business days. We have called 3TIMES and every time they tell us they have sent the images to their manager to assess. This is May 20th and still haven't heard from them. I got a coupon in the Clipper for a 70-dollar driveway pressure wash. It noted "under 1000 sq ft." I measured my driveway and it was 2000 sq ft. So I knew Magic bubbles could not honor the 70 bucks, but I figured if it was under $140, I was still getting a deal. I called, and the nice gal, I think Amy or Lea was her name, said she would refer my address to the crew and they would get back with a price. I assume they use Google Earth or Street-view to see what they are getting into. The quote came back well under 140 bucks. We scheduled the day, but when it came, I got a call from Harry, very apologetic, who said he had a chem line break and could he possibly come over the next day? Well sure, it even worked out better since it was not a garbage day. Harry shows up the next day, and when I ask if I can pay extra to do the long curb in front of the house, he replies, "That is included." Same for the long sidewalk to the front door. Wow. I just bought the house, and a neighbor told me the previous owner had a really crappy job done pressure washing years ago, it was all streaked at the entry, and blotchy and black everywhere else. So when I saw Harry's co-worker moving the pressure washer so slow, I knew he was doing a good job. I also saw him backtrack a couple times, to get stubborn spots. When they were done I was astonished at how good the driveway looked. The bright driveway made the grass look greener. I will try to post pictures, it Yelp will let me. I gave Harry a generous tip, and he promptly informed me he always splits it will his co-worker. It is so nice to see a man of character doing good work. Harry mentioned he can do a monthly maintenance, but did not try a hard sell. I am pinching pennies right now, but I will think about getting the service, especially when I have gutters installed. Harry told me they not only wash the gutters, they clean them out. I have large oak trees all around the house, so that would be a great deal. My neighbor's were delighted with the radical change-- and one said he will use Magic Bubbles himself the next time he needs it. My house went from having the worst-looking driveway to a great one-- it's not like pavers or anything, but compared to the black splotchy concrete, it looks fantastic. The real estate agent should have told the previous owner to do this to help sell the house, it really adds curb appeal. I should have done this the day I took ownership. read more

Terrible job pay them to do my old house messed up my gutters killed two plants killed a bunch of grass soap and streak marks because they didn't properly rinse only spent 2 hours on the entire house left without even asking us if the job looked good or not didn't know they were gone wasn't finished with the job wish I'd used the same company my neighbor did they did his whole house and were out there six to 8 hours working it looked great next door my roof doesn't even look good can't tell it was done hardly originally quoted me $970 to do my entire house they knocked it down to 635 for two and hours and 20 minutes of crappy work ridiculous read more
