Delicious pizza. They serve the classics alongside some pretty unique pies as well.
The restaurant is small and was completely booked out on a Friday night, but luckily they have 4 seats at the counter where you can watch all the chefs in action. The server got us seated right away and was attentive throughout.
The nuvola al ragù Genovese pizza is a double baked pizza crust (thick and light) and includes homemade ragù alla Genovese, pecorino from Irpinia, and basil on top. The rich ragu made for a perfect topping.
Also worth trying the crocchè di patate. They are crunchy on the outside, soft like mashed potatoes on the inside, and pack a lot of flavor. Not sure the zucchini flavor came through, but it was stellar. read more
