I helped a friend bring his A/C to Ray's for some avionics work. While the work was being…read moreperformed I sat on a stool in the hangar. Then a mechanic came up to me with an attitude stating that was his stool and was blocking his toolbox. I apologized and moved. Then he came at me in a rage saying he paid for the stool and I had to write to use it. I told him I understand because I was a mechanic, than he said "WELL YOU KNOW BETTER". Emotions were getting heated and I said YOU HAD BETTER BACK OFF BEFORE THIS GOES SOMEWHERE WE DO NOT LIKE. Then I walked out of the hangar to get some distance. Later I talked to Ray (the owner) and explained the encounter. He said he would talk to the mechanic. I was surprized there was no apology or even wanted to know the detailed. The impression I got he did not care it part of doing business. WOW, Customer Service is NONEXISTANT THERE.
