He reminded us when things were due and gave us peace of mind when we were feeling anxious about the next steps. In such a competitive market we had to make multiple offers, but sooner than I thought possible we found our perfect home. Craig fought for us to get a fair price and we couldn't be happier. On top of being a wonderful realtor he's an outstanding person in general. I'll be sure to recommend his services to friends in the Humboldt area especially my lgbtqia+ family.

We also had little knowledge about real estate or the process of selling a house. Craig walked us through the entire process, providing excellent guidance and advice while ultimately leaving the decisions up to us. He is extremely accessible, detail-oriented, and organized. Every question we had was answered promptly and clearly. When the house needed repairs, he facilitated them quickly and kept us in the loop about time frame and costs. We deeply appreciate his honesty, professionalism, patience, and efficiency and highly recommend him.

Rayleigh returned my call for assistance very quickly and was able to do the job quickly and for a reasonable price. His pictures were excellent, unfortunately not convincing my insurance company. I would recommend Lost Coast Drone highly. One issue I would like different (although I didn't request it) is to not have the pictures sent through an awkward and difficult to retrieve file share on Google. I can't even find the pictures again (although I don't really need them now). Especially for us old timers just send the pictures in a file attached to the email so they can be easily downloaded and saved to my computer. If I do need more pictures, this would be the only way I accept them (but again I didn't ask). Thanks for the service.
