Subjects are quite standard, ranging from a variety of Histories, Sciences and Arts, but it has a limited Medical degree (only stay for three years) and no Law programme. The University lies within the town - so it feels like a student town (the students in fact make up one third of the population). When i was there, there was very few extra-curriculer activities that did not involve religion. I do appreciate that this is an RC school but I believe not every aspect of the childs education needs to reflect this. My instructor Heather helped me every step of the way and was very friendly. I highly recommend her to any one who like me is staring from scratch with no past experience. She helped me build confidence and believe in myself and now i am a quilifed driver, and loving it. Believed to be what…read moreHogwarts was based on and it's where everyone's pal and favourite person Tony Blair attended (before he was milling around being places he shouldn't). It's such an outstanding building, you can stand on Queensferry road and look down for about half a mile and see it at the end of the longest drive in the world. It's imposing and a real big part of history and the style of architecture would make any art student weep.
