Convenience and popularity should never be confused with quality. I had the absolute worst customer service experience (yet again in Big Sky) I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Shit happens, i get that, and it works both ways. But how you respond is what matters. I'll never use them. They don't need you. They act like they don't even want you.

Recently we had an emergency and had to put down our dog who had been one of Dr. Syd's first patients. The entire team could not have been more caring and kind, as they all knew our pup. Dr. Syd is an Amazingly kind and compassionate person. Though it was a heartbreaking experience, for all, it could not have been any better. Will be forever grateful to Dr. Syd and her team.

Jess and Billy were super responsive and came to meet us at our rental condo on Friday night even though I had to change the time 5 or 6 times due to flight problems. Sat morning we had problems because one of our dogs is terrified of avi bombing and refused to pee and poop. This could have ruined our ski day but at the last minute, Jess came to fetch the dogs and took them out for an extra walk so we didn't have to worry that they would need to go the bathroom while we were skiing and we didn't have to loop back to the condo to check on them. Hiking Hounds really made our ski weekend relaxed knowing our pups were well cared for and were getting out to enjoy the sun and snow while we were on the mountain. We'd definitely use them again the next time we're in Big Sky.
