Okay so this update is solely limited to the woefully inept and incompetent "staff" [open job now…read moreonline in/for Billing effective 06.11.22] in the Billing Department including but not limited to Tammy Gray and Scott Richardson [whoever is now claiming Management Status]. As the Intake, Nurses and Surgeon were all as previously noted, Superb. 5 Star. But trying to get the transient personnel in Billing to stop making up fictious accounts that assign account numbers to those of us whom were already "preapproved" for Surgery, by our Insurer and paid our Co-Payment to the wonderful young lady in intake, who also did her job thoroughly, is absolutely ridiculous. Their incompetence is going to cost somebody something as these persons deal directly with the disabled, including Veterans. It's almost as good as their inability to answer a phone pathetic incomepetence. But they request 15 more days to fix their errors and refuse to close that fictious account they opened attached to my person while. Seems like hocus pocus to me. JUST let it be known now: Any and All charges from MCMH to this former patient not eliminated and that account 307432 deleted are hereby disputed in the entirety, and I have made the dispute known since coming to discover the malfeasance of the Hospital Staff as it relates to Billing and Fraud in the inducement. The Insurer has opened an investigation into their covered individual receiving the Bill complained of. It will take some time, which had I not survived [something to consider] that procedure I obviously wouldn't have time so now is no different I have no time or patience for incompetence, period. CLOSE THE ACCOUNT and DELETE any alleged debt that is already covered by Insurance.

When the surgeon's office asked me if I had a preference for physical therapy, I said no, and I…read moretrusted their recommendation or referral.  However, if YOU have your choice for physical therapy after surgery, choose the Thomasville Orthopedic Clinic!!!  You will not be disappointed.  Earl Folsom and his team are absolutely amazing!  It has been 8 weeks and I have almost all my shoulder rotation back! Let's start at the top, Earl Folsom runs a professional, and fun, practice.  Most of his team have been with him for years and with the turnover in this industry, that alone says just about everything you need to know about him.  Beyond being a good listener, he is extremely knowledgeable and if he doesn't know the answer, he checks with your doctor and/or gets the answer!  He helped me understand the surgery (I had an anatomical anomaly that is very uncommon) and how it impacted my shoulder and what is going to be needed to get my movement back. Brittany, Wally and Sherri are awesome!  What I love best is that they distracted me while stretching out that shoulder and arm.  It helped me focus on something other than the joint!  They are super kind and friendly and I'm going to miss them now that my healing is almost done!! It was fun hanging out with them and listening to the banter, it made me miss my siblings and big family.  Check out these pictures they shared with me.  They are family in that office and they invite you in and take great care of you until you don't need them anymore!
