EKU was my favorite college we've visited so far, with enrollment being between 10-11,000 it's a good blend of a large college with a smaller college feel. Time will tell which college he picks and we still have some visits left but right now I would be comfortable if he decided to become a Colonel.

Eastern Kentucky University Campus…read more Living in Eastern Kentucky for 10 years I had the opportunity to spend a lot of time at several college campuses. One was Eastern Kentucky University. When I visit family and friends in Richmond Kentucky I always spend time on campus. I'm familiar with the buildings and I have my favorite places to photograph. The last time I visited I was with my daughter. We were there on a beautiful day. Flowers and trees were in bloom. The campus was clean and the buildings have not been neglected. I love to visit the Statue of Daniel Boone. We rubbed his toe for good luck. Anyone that knows the school knows that's a traditional thing to do. If you like to travel visiting historic old school campuses you will enjoy Eastern Kentucky University. Look up the history before you go. If it wasn't for this University the City of Richmond would be very impoverished. In Kentucky college towns are the best place to live. That's my opinion. I hope you enjoy my photos.

Madison Hall of Justice and the Clerk's Office is typical of the way I remember being treated Fifty…read moreyears ago when I lived in Madison County. It's scary to me that it has services still handled as if it is the dark ages. I understand if paper documents must be mailed through the United States Post Office but come on, can you seal the envelope with the glue provided on it!! I've received several documents in recent months and the envelope is sealed with a piece of tape as you can see in my photo. What Justice is there when my legal documents can be easily accessed by anyone that comes in contact with my mail. I'm sorry but after all these years the dealings I've had with the courts for whatever reason haven't improved their services. I'm hoping this legal situation is resolved soon before my personal information is compromised! Two Stars is generous.

I have never met a women so miserable in her life that she has to make everyone else so miserable. I do not understand how she still has a job here. She isn't nice to anyone and her behavior is like it's an inconvenience for her to do her job. If you don't like what you do go somewhere else. You work in costumer service. Act the part. Anytime I have to go there they sit around doing nothing, won't answer phones, have condescending comments. It is a dreadful time to need anything from this office. I have lived in other states and never have I had this bad of an experience. The man who runs this office needs to step up and do something about their behavior. I understand it's a stressful and busy job but there is no excuse for their behavior. I am not a clerk so when I go to pay my taxes and I ask a simple question that is their job to have the information to I shouldn't be met with someone who is rude and treats me like I am dumb. I am so sorry your life is so miserable and I hope these ladies get the days they deserve.

The owners are more concerned with the image of their college than they are about the education of…read moretheir students. They don't keep their staff up to date on important exams for the students, and they have unrealistic expectations for all of their faculty. The instructors are the only good thing about this facility. This is not only knowledge of my own, but also that of several of the students who were/are currently enrolled in the programs there.
