Avoid this company like the plague. I've used this company in the past and had dealings with their Group Managing Director John Lipper who fraudulently swindled £15k from me and my tenant and was going to declare himself bankrupt until I ended up taking him to court. The judge ordered him to pay the funds he owed us but failed to pay so we dragged him back into court within 28 days before threatening to freeze his accounts and got our money. He is untrustworthy and do not trust this company. They went by Madison Brook before but now changed their name by adding international at the end of it. This is a terrible company. I had to sue them (successfully) to get money back from them for a rental that fell through. I wouldn't touch this company again with a barge pole. Disgraceful. read more

This is a fake company. Please do your research before you think about getting trapped in their fraudulent contracts, the company has been busted before with a different name and Madison brook has a VERY bad reputation. Unfortunately I learned that the hard way, my review is based on my personal experience and comments by the local management authorities. I am the landlord of a property which was being managed by Madison Brook 2013, they have failed to comply with ALL of the contract commitments which includes paying rent, I have not received rents for past 2 months and the tenants are struggling to retrieve their deposits as well, I have already filed a case against them along with many others doing the same. Don't be deceived by their fake website with all lies, their office and their professional attitude. Oh and another piece of information, its a one man company all dealt by the same person John Lipper under various different names to keep the client in illusion. read more
