I dropped off my son's water thermos at 9:00 AM, followed instructions to leave it at the office and email his teacher immediately, and he still was not notified until after lunch that it was there. Since many students bring their own water instead of using the drinking fountains, this was very frustrating and disappointing.

One would reeeaaallly not want to succeed or be straight up unwilling to succeed to not make it, just for the stupid high amounts of support they give you. I won't lie, has a few drawbacks, but I feel the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks compared to most other universities. I would have gone there myself, but it's no Ivy league ;). No doubt it could probably compete, though.

From the very beginning, she was patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help whenever I had questions or needed extra support. Ms. Lynn made learning easy to understand by breaking down complex topics and ensuring every student felt confident in their skills. She genuinely cares about her students' success and takes the time to work with each person individually. Her encouragement, professionalism, and dedication created a positive learning environment that helped me grow both academically and personally. The Heart to Heart CNA Program provided me with the knowledge, hands-on training, and confidence I needed to succeed. Thanks to Ms. Lynn's guidance and support, I had one of the best educational experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend Heart to Heart CNA Program to anyone looking to become a CNA and receive quality instruction from an instructor who truly cares about her students.

For context, several other students who had various illnesses were allowed to proceed- favoritism is another favorite teaching tool of the instructor. Fairly certain, I was actually dismissed because I was being a pain in the butt by asking the instructor to show up on time, or at all for class. She really was quite considerate in putting vast amounts of time and effort into really long lunches, independent study, and ultimately spending more time trying to dismiss me from the program than she ever did trying to teach the class. We even had the pleasure of having a former student. Or a personal friend? Come in on skills day, and the FRIEND taught us how to use gait belts, do sheet transfers, and made super rude comments at us the whole time, despite the fact that it was literally our first in-person day. Emailed admin about 4 weeks ago after being dragged around the nursing home and humiliated regarding my stomach flu and consequently getting dismissed, and am being given the run around about getting any of my money back, so in hopes that no one else experiences what I did, feel free to ask any further questions about my experience with Heart-to-Heart CNA Program. What an epic waste of time and money!
