We paid 50% up front and it took a few weeks to custom fabricate each set of shutters. Installation was quick and professional. About a year and a half later we had the rest of the windows done. Horrible! Charged me $163 to "wash" my mother's windows inside and out. Didnt even remove the…read morescreens, much less clean them. Didnt clean the tracks or remove any hard water. The corners weren't touched. All he did was spray with a hose and half ass squeegee the water off. When I complained the next day, I was told that hard water removal isn't part the package. So.i guess I was mistaken to assume the windows would be clean when they finished? Window wizard is a shoddily run business who doesn't stand behind their work. Dont call them.
