Please also check our chat history, some small jobs agreed for 120euro, fixed led ring holder, fridge light, cooker, Joe asked for 60euro deposit in the 1st place, then asked for another 20euro, paid him from on line transfer. Agreed get the job done for my tenant next day. Then next day he cancelled this appointment, try to rescheduled another time with my tenant. then he came back to me ask me for the remaining 40 Euro payment. at this point this guy haven't made a single visit to the apartment yet. He try to justify he gave me a very good price quote, i should have show him the appreciation pay ALL THE MONEY UPFRONT, i felt really uncomfortable with that, i told him to get the job done we will make the remaining payment. He always had an excuse to leave early. He asked initially what I wanted to pay for the job, which I didn't reply to. I didn't grasp it at the time but when the contract was terminated by me, he laughed in my face, "I did ask you if you wanted to pay a lot or a little, cheap job/ cheap quality work..."
