I wasn't 100% sure that what I was buying was what I was looking for. Anyways, I bought it and regreated it right away. I felt I spent too much money on it and wasn't sure I liked the pattern up against my wall when I got home. Anyways, apparently their return policy is 7 days because on the 8th day, I tried to return this (never used) and I was shut down. They literally hung up on me when I called. I was devistated by the lack of customer service. It was almost as if she was just looking for my sale....once she got it, I didn't matter. I will never shop this store again!

Tile choices include slate, glass and speciality tiles while stone choices include granite, marble, quartz and Caesarstone. In addition to selling a wide variety of materials, NTM makes custom countertops, backsplashes, vanities and fireplaces. The showroom alone is enough to make you want to tile every surface of your home. While my project was very small, a 48" bathroom vanity, I was treated the same as if I had been ordering a whole kitchen or choosing tiles for a whole house. I'm sure that NTM is the not the most inexpensive place in town. However, the service and advice was top quality. The staff endured my lack of design and decorating knowledge in a warm and patient manner. They held my hand and walked me through countertop possibilities, all the while indulging my lack of knowledge and indecision without any condescension. Samples were freely provided as was advice regarding wear and tear and cleaning. Even if your budget doesn't permit buying here, you should certainly stop by for some inspiration.

The owners were fabulous! They gave me a couple of different options after me struggling to decide if I wanted the slightly "damaged" floor model- 1. get an additional discount off the sale price of the floor model (so 35% off) or 2. they said they'd give me 25% off a brand new custom made one. I chose option 2 and couldn't be happier. I will for sure be shopping there from now on! Beautiful quality furniture for a reasonable price!

No questions went unanswered. Always took the time to explain things, and what was on the agenda for the next day. He had suggestions for several things that we had not considered. They were very professional, extremely clean, polite, courteous and friendly. I can't say any more from the excellent service provided by Chris and his team. The finished product was comparable to night and day. The job did go over the original estimate of 2 days a little, but quite understandable, as there was a couple of hidden issues behind the walls that surprised us and them, and I did ask for a couple of extra's do be completed if there was time...i.e. crown moulding. The whole finished product was completed with just a 1/2 day extra, and we did not have any problem with that. Darcy, our installer kept us appraised of all stages of the job, so there were no surprises. As for the extra jobs requested, they were all completed to my satisfaction. We were very happy that they were able to complete that part of the reno. As for the cost, the whole price came out as per original estimate, except for the addition of my extra's request. It is interesting to note that my cost estimate from Beautiful baths came out ahead of another competitor, who was only going to provided a new bath tub and shower. Michelle, the owner, is very friendly and eager to help or just chat. They do workshops, which is what most of the space is dedicated to - I'd be very interested to see some of the things that come of out of those workshops.
