Jon assured me that if I had any problems, even if they were damaged by a "ball or something thrown by a child ", just give him a call and he would come fix it. At least six months ago I started trying to contact him after one of the blinds were damaged by someone replacing the window. Only one time, has he answered the phone and has never returned a call. When he did answer, he said that he would come fix it. That was six weeks ago and he is not answering my calls or returning them. I'm very disappointed with the service and when you spend that much money, you expect better service.

Besides the granite that's nice. Maintenance are helpful but rude and not friendly. Also the rent is never the same it fluctuates wayyyy too much. On top of that the trash compactor is annoying, the feral cats are annoying and the apartment manager smoking cigarettes around children while being pregnant at the pool area is just ridiculous. This isn't my real name because I don't want to be harassed while living here.

We have been struggling with ants since we've moved in. I am also thinking about hiring a cleaning service to clean what should've already been clean. There are also large openings on the corners of the kitchen cabinets that I had to tape up because my cats could easily get into and potentially get stuck. There are cabinets hastily rearranged and some barely functional. I'm keeping stars because of the space itself.

The younger guy was rude to my wife as they went to the wrong door and never rang the bell then attempted to mock her suggesting she should have known they were there? Next, these fraudsters stood around as I attempted to move a stacked washer and dryer so they had more room with so much as offering a hand. The kid went back and took photos. But the older fraud already knew the problem or rather... the "solution" he would present. He told me they didn't sell valves separately but I KNEW THEY DID! I said they do, then he said something that made no sense and told me I would need to move the washer and dryer myself and they would have to replace the entire box even though the warranty would only cover the valves? But why would a warranty only cover valves you supposedly couldn't buy? This along with obviously cutting drywall I would have to fix, replacing my CPVS piping with pex without giving me a reason. BUT did tell me the warranty would cover the valves? How could a home warranty cover valves that didn't exist as a part? How would they price them? 1/3 of a box set? I never told them I was an HVAC tech and they assumed because of our home that they could rip us off and tried. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They WILL take your warranty and include whatever they can to max out your repair. I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM WITH THE REPAIR THEY ARE THAT INCOMPETENT. So I purchased the valves myself and will make the fix myself. Save your mothers and fathers and daughters from these dregs of humanity. The WORST!!! Negative 10 stars! They MUST BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS! Sadly the kids name was "Emmanuel." I would not want to be him when the REAL Emmanuel comes back in His Glory against all unrighteousness. He HATES fraud.

The first response was fairly quick and a team came out and said that they could install an insulation kit as our garage door is not even a year old. They took the measurements and said they would order the kit and call us when it comes in. Here's where the service ended. We have made several calls and spoke with a woman who told us each time "I will call you back before the end of the day" and "l'll call you right back." This is one of the worst companies to get a response from. It is very frustrating. Their customer service doesn't exist! If I were you and thinking of replacing your garage door, I would NOT call Overhead Door in Abilene, TX.
