So he asked me if I needed anything done and I wanted my mistletoe taken out of my tree & the inside of my tree trimmed up. So we had them come out and give me a quote and it also was a good quote. So they came out and cut his tree first thing in the morning, and while they were finishing up, grinding up his stomp. It came over to my house and did what I needed to be done. They left both houses like they hadn't been there. They did a real good job of that. We both were very pleased at what we saw at both houses. Tree removal can get expensive so I called around for estimates and time lines. McCraney's Tree Service was 20% cheaper then other local tree removal businesses and were able to fit me in without a long wait. McCraney's Tree Service is fully licensed and insured which to me is a must when having any work done on the house. McCraney's Tree Service was quick to respond and arrived on time on the day for the removal. Took them approx. 4 hours to remove the tree, grind the stump, fill the hole with dirt and they even raked so they wouldn't leave any debris behind. Big plus: They left no noticeable tire tracks on the lawn! I've had 2 trees removed in the past by another local company and was left with tire tracks, holes where the trees used to be and tree debris. I highly recommend McCraney's Tree Service.

The price was very reasonable for the work I had done. Jeremy came over to look at it, gave me an estimate, and the crew showed up the next day. They were right on time and did a great job. They were respectful of my property, fence, etc. and cleaned up everything afterwards. Aside from the cuts in the tree, there was no sign they had been there. One thing that impressed me -- all the crew members were smart and they knew what they were doing. The crew chief was a licensed arborist and the other guys could talk the talk. They have obviously had some kind of training beyond basic safety stuff. All of them were polite and personable and friendly to deal with. I would not hesitate to have them back again. The next the tree needs a trim they are the first ones I'll call. Highly recommended.

When their truck broke down in our yard they asked for a ride home. The woman I spoke to about fixing our yard was a straight up liar. She tried to tell me they were going out of business and made a hundred other excuses up. Then finally just wouldn't even answer the phone. These people are a joke and scam artists, they can only do the job if a 5 year old could do it. I am a cancer patient and they screwed me over bad. Never use them they will likely screw you over too.
