Customer service in the shoe area needs to be fixed pronto. Went to try on shoes and the gentleman that helped me handed me the shoes, said "I think these will work" and then left. I didn't see him again. I would have loved to try on a bigger size but the salesman ran away before I had the chance. Oh well. I left empty handed. The fashion show mall does have a ton of other shoe store options so there's always a different one to try. read more

I shop for makeup a this Macy's and their service is good when the associates feel like it. One day you go and receive good service other days you go and can't find associates in the floor to help you find the product your looking for. I was shopping and couldn't find anybody to assist me. I feel as if some associates don't want to approach you because they think you're there window shopping. Whatever the case, I wish they'd stop hiding and actually be attentive of the customers who have questions and inquiries. read more

I love how this macy's doesn't get crowded and the fitting rooms are always empty. But the customer service really needs to be worked on. There was one sweet girl that helped me out in the juniors department but the rest of the employees don't even greet you. When you ask an associate a question, expect them to pester you about signing up for a store card even if they couldn't help you find what you were looking for! I asked an associate to help me find some perfume, unfortunately it wasn't available at their store but she asked me to sign up for a store card like 6 times. I asked her 'is it free' and 'you dont need my ssn right?. She said 'yes' its totally free. I finally said okay sign me up, but in the sign up process she DID ask me for my ssn, so i told her to just erase my info cause im not giving her my ssn. She said 'were too far in the application to delete the information'. I just walked the hell away from her and left the store. She blatantly lied to me about not needing my ssn. I've been here before and I keep coming back because they have the largest plus size department I've ever seen. I drove in this afternoon and after dinner we came in. The dressing rooms were already close. Wtf? I looked around and found clearance. And I was out of time. So I can't try on close and I dont have time to look at other lines like Ralph, Michael, Melissa, Rachel, INC, American Rag! So I asked the SA to please hold my items until tomorrow, I drove in to shop not to gamble. She said "no, only a manager can approve that." I asked her to call a manager. I'm coming back tomorrow to buy more things whats the big deal? She calls the manager and Shauna (the manager) asked her what I was buying and the SA said "Last Call" meaning clearance. Again I didn't have time to look at other sections in womans. Shauna said no because it was clearance! How rude is that? Are you kidding me? Shauna you are so unbelievably unprofessional and your lack of customer service is unreal. I don't know how she got that position. Not approving my hold because it was just "clearance". Isn't the whole point of retail to sell sell sell? It took me about 35 mins to go through a few racks. There is so much to cover... And the lack of customer service from the SA... she clearly didn't care. She really didn't want to deal with a customer she had bad attitude. I made her call the manager and she rolled her eyes. Wtf? Its your job! If you hate your job that bad quit. I am a business owner and I would never treat my customers this way. I would put those items on a rolling rack in the dressing room with a note. Its not that hard ladies. It happends all the time and I see it often because I shop at Macy's all the time! Avoid this place. I'm truly disappointed in the mean little SA and in Shauna. INCREDIBLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The one star is for the macy's women's clothing department. I generally love shopping at macy's due to the atmosphere and wide selection of products. However, I have to say their fitting rooms are very unorganized. There is always stacks of clothing in the fitting room and it is never monitored. With that being said, my mother and I accidentally went into an fitting room assuming that it was empty because there was no one in it. It turns out that the fitting room was someone else's. So instead of politely knocking on the door, the 2 macy's employees rattled the door knob to try to get our attention. Once I opened the door the first thing I hear is "she needs to go" "you gotta go." And this whole commotion started about how the room belonged to someone else. And they basically kicked us out of the fitting room. I was extremely appalled by how the staff handled the situation. This would not have happened if the 2 girls just politely knocked on the door and explained the situation in a proper manner. I have never met such ill-mannered people in my life. It saddens me to write this review because I have been shopping at this macy's ever since it opened. But I can not get over such a horrible experience. read more

I've been to Macy's before. Great store; for some reason this particular store was full of ignorant people that had no idea what they were talking about. I bought a very nice $100 dress shirt and a $50 gift card, they were in a Macy's bag, I turned around a couple of times looking at things and next thing I know my bag was gone. I realize this was partially my fault for not watching it more carefully. My fiancé and I asked around - maybe it was in the lost and found? 2 people didn't even know they had a lost and found, 2 more ladies called down there and they said they would call back. After 30 minutes of waiting for them to call back, a lady took us to security who told us to go to lost and found. We went to lost and found and they took us to another lady and told them to call down. After being there for an hour and fifteen minutes a man came up and said, "if they haven't called back by now, we probably don't have it." Probably? Well you could've told us that before we wasted an hour of our lives. We left empty handed, and won't shop at that store again. read more

CLINIQUE COUNTER!!!:(( For years I have been loyal to Lancome, but recently began using Clinique for cleanser & toner, (step 1&2)They are comparable in cleanser & toner. When purchasing line skincare, it is very specific on skin type & the specific cleanser, toner, moisturizer that suits YouR skin type.I went & was immediately waited on by an older lady..(one I would normally think knew her product & the outcome of using suited products together). I asked for my specific items, get them home & find out she gave me the WRONG product:(I now have 2 products, that if used together ,would completely throw my skin into hoRRible conditions! As a woman previously certified in the skincare industry, I'm writing this review, for other skincare customers going to clinique, macys @ fashion show. Using the wrong products can be very damaging & hard to reverse. If this was an honest mistake, so be it. I didn't catch it myself, until I got home..now I have to return:((( If I had not caught this mistake, my skin would be in total disarray & possibly really messed up for months. I pride myself on my impeccable skincare routine & my results. Woman who spend their $ on line skin care do so because they see the results of spending alot more than drug store brands. ....if this was a mistake, ok..I feel blessed I caught it. These products Do Not go together at all, never ever ever,under any circumstances!!!This review is a warning to ladies to CHECK your order before they take your $$$.. know your skin type & pay attention when speaking to them & what they are placing in your bag. I fortunately do have knowledge on what the wrong products can do & will take the time to exchange. Skincare is big business &a very personal thing to millions of people. . This is a great store the man's section is completely other side of the mall from the lady's. I was also able to purchase I sale items the day before, thanks to a very nice sales person, he was great. I had a very good experience at the Handbags Department at the Fashion Show Mall, thanks to Gabriela. The lady was very nice and helpful and next time I need a handbag I will definitely go look for her. It's always very hard for me to decide what to choose when I go shopping and if I don't have the right person next to me it takes forever and a lot of times I end up buying nothing, but she took the patience to help me decide sooner than I expected!:) read more

Worse customer service ever! The workers are always "too busy" to help and they seemed confused most of the time. I needed help locating a pair of jeans in my size and two workers couldn't be bothered during their personal conversation. Loss Prevention walks around following everyone (they are not discreet and you can see them hiding in the racks) and the store is always empty. Go somewhere else, this place is horrible! read more

I'm not one to review places often, or at all for that matter. But my last trip to MAC was outstanding. With my complexion, my skin tone changes drastically from summer to fall to winter, etc. most of the artists there that I have gone to don't spend much time trying to match me to a perfect color and are usually so busy that they kind of rush through and I have ended up going home with product that I'm not 100% satisfied with (partially my fault, but I work in the service industry and never want to be that painful customer). Was so Unsatisfied my last visit that I switched to a different brand for a while, but I missed my MAC product. This review comes a little late as I visited on Veterans Day to get my makeup matched in time for the Marine Corps ball and was lucky enough to have Sandra help me out (I believe that was her name). She told me that she didn't usually work at that location but she wanted to- and I sure hope that she got a position there because I would go back just to have her help again! She spent a great amount of time matching my skin tone with the perfect foundation, concealer and even helped with highlighting, contour, powder, etc. I would drive a further distance if it meant getting that kind of service! Props to Sandra and I hope that next visit in I'll see her working the same location! read more
