He designed a Cat logo keeping in mind that I wanted to be artistic, appealing and original. He later told me that he had to draw out the design using a specific software program. When I first saw the logo, in purple, I was speechless. It was more than I could imagine myself designing it. Being creative and innovating, he certainly caught my eye in knowing what his customer wants in a logo. First try, and he got it right!! Verdict: I would certainly go to Boutique Websites to create a logo that is true to my business. Also, having web design as another offer, I just need to go to one company which is fantastic. I already know they can produce quality work, so the more services provided the better.

I found Boutique websites by accident while stumbling upon another beautiful website that was…read morecreated by Alex. I loved it so much that I clicked on his logo and it led me to his page. The whole time I thought he was in my city (Vancouver) when really he was contacting me from Ontario. 3 hour time difference, but that didn't stop him from being so communicative and professional. Alex did what I would never imagine I'd ever have. I was always struggling with websites and computers and never knew where to start. He knew the exact questions to ask (it was a fun questionnaire he had me fill out) and really understood my needs. It really helps that he is also in the events industry because he was able to target my weaknesses in marketing and really drew on what I already had, as well as my strengths. During the 2-3 months of building my site, Alex was extremely patient with me. I gained a new position in a reputable catering company which kept me working lots of overtime and so I had little contact with him. I also had to reschedule our meetings several times. Not once did he show any signs of frustration or impatience. This helped alot because as someone with a full time job and a side business, I was juggling alot on my plate and was feeling stressed. Alex made many edits to the site after my feedback. He knew exactly what would work and what wouldn't, so that helped with the decision making process. I am so happy he was my designer for this project as I would literally have just left my old site as is forever. If you take a peek at this amazing site: www.elleweddings.ca, you can see that he has spent countless of hours creating and designing this. I am picky and he catered to my pickiness. Thank you so much Alex! I am looking forward to showing this off to everyone.

We contracted Ignite Digital as our SEO manager for iSky Films on February 29, 2024, with high…read moreexpectations for significant improvements in our website's performance and search rankings. Over the course of 11 months, we were charged $1,925 per month--plus an additional setup fee that made no sense--yet we saw virtually no measurable improvements. From early on (starting around June 5, 2024), we raised numerous issues: our website showed no signs of the promised changes, and every time we reached out, responses were slow, taking weeks or even months, and often nothing substantial was done. Despite assurances that changes would be made in month 1 and that resources would be front loaded for long-term results, the promised work never materialized. In fact, it wasn't until several months into the contract that they began writing and uploading blog posts--the very content we were sold on. And just as we requested detailed reporting in December, the content creation halted entirely, leaving us with a stagnant website and deteriorating SEO. The most damaging aspect was their handling of our keyword strategy. We had built up rankings for numerous valuable keywords, yet Ignite Digital focused solely on 11 paid-for keywords. Rather than supplementing our existing strengths, they replaced pages that were already ranking, which severely hurt our overall SEO performance. Throughout this period, the only element that was consistently "on time" was the monthly billing. Our experience with Ignite Digital has been, without exaggeration, one of the most expensive mistakes we've made. Their approach--characterized by delayed communication, minimal effort, and a lack of tangible results--has left us with no significant improvements after nearly a year of service. If you're considering their services, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere, whether that means bringing an SEO expert in-house or leveraging proven SEO tools and strategies.
