The prices are 50% higher than in the US. But it is an apple certified re-seller. There are no Apple stores in Chile. At first I didn't feel supported at all. Then they connected me with Joel who spoke great English. He spent over an hour with me helping me buy a phone and when my credit card kept declining because my phone was stolen, he continually helped. We tried every way to reach chase to fix it, and call the police when 'find my' was locating my stolen phone. In the end I couldn't get the new phone, but I am humbled and honored to have been in the company of Joel He redeemed my experience with MacOnline. With him there, you will definitely be cared for. Slow service, rude staff, and expensive prices. I hated every moment of my time here but sadly they are the only beats retailers in Santiago. I will thankfully never have to shop here again. I'd give this 0 stars if I could. read more

PC Factory is one of the best stores for geeks. Here you can find a lot of tech that you can't find…read morein other stores. I recommend visiting the one located in Manuel Montt. It's a very big store. If you can't find what you're looking for, then it doesn't exist! Also, feel free to ask for advice, because the people there are really nice. You should check the special sales too. Sometimes, this store announces massive offers just for a day and people really get crazy. If you want to attend you will have to camp for a whole day or maybe two.
