We showed up for our appointment on Friday his birthday and were told we were not on the books and the online booking system is just a request. I found this ridiculous considering we had a confirmation for the appointment on our phone however even if so, we never received a call or email the entire week confirming our "requested" booking. My name and number was written down by a less than friendly young receptionist, and we were still not called back. I called again two days later and left a message and as of now have yet to hear back. I have gone here for years for massages, and this experience (new staff it seems) has me absolutely never returning again. There were several opportunities to remedy this situation as we are patient people but the blatant lack of care or respect for our time, my husband's birthday plans ruined.. I only hope this is a learning experience for the so they don't lose any more customers.

The only person unhappy with her hair was half up and it was a pretty basic style. She was more upset that the stylist didn't listen to what she wanted. That same stylist however did an amazing job on another girl's updo. Makeup-1 star Nobody was happy with their makeup. There were two stylists, Hailey and Addison I think were the names. Nobody was a huge fan of Hailey's style, but we looooved Addisons style. The main issue here was the quality of makeup and coverage. Total crap. I've never heard of mirabella, but I wouldn't recommend it. Nobody had good coverage. We had visible blemishes, poor blending and everyone was caking or getting spotty and disgusting after a couple hours. We all agreed that drugstore makeup would have been better and we wish we had done our own makeup. We were told there would be mimosas and food. We got some OJ heavy mimosas, fruit and mini pastries. Personally not enough to hold me over for 4 hours. Overall the salon was super cute inside. The staff was laid back and easy to chat with, not very professional but it didn't bother me too much. No idea on pricing Since it was gifted. However the makeup is absurdly overpriced and the bride purchased a lipstick and liner for 48$ and the lipstick was broken when she opened it. I also wish the salon had thought through little details like making sure we had what we needed for touch ups throughout the day(foundation, lipstick, hairspray, qtips, Bobby pins etc). A cute togo box would have been a great touch. Or at least tell us good colors to go purchase if we wanted better brands of lipstick or something. I'm not sure what the options are like in middle GA, but I wouldn't recommend this place for anything other than hair. Sometimes it's best to just stick to what you're good at. No need to try to do it all. Honesty everyone complained about their makeup the entire day and it ended up taking away from the special day. Hopefully the pictures turn out well. The brides face was a shade or two too pale in real life, but seemed to look okay in photos. If not, there's always photoshop.

Steven is also fantastic. He has saved my numbing fingertips and shoulders from computer work with only 1 visit!! He does an amazing jobs relieving trigger points to release pressure. Granted, as stated in a negative comment below and it should be a positive point, if you have a problem area they may not do a full body massage. But you get what you ask for and they are so attentive, they'll work exactly on what you ask for. I love it. I've had plantar fasciitis, back pain, hip and neck/ shoulder pain and they've worked with me and I always feel amazing after. They have gotten me to my best every time. Treat yourself & enjoy!

There is an air about Rebekah- she really wants to know about your personal health concerns and she tailors the massage accordingly. I have been having a lot of tingling and numbness in my hands for close to a year. I finally took action when it started becoming more frequent. After almost six months of going through an extensive treatment plan(a very expensive one, at that)with my chiropractor, my condition has improved very minimally. I remembered that I had been given Rebekah's phone number almost a year ago so I decided to try to find it. Turns out it was still on a post-it note stuck to the back of my bedside table drawer! I called and was able to make an appointment within two weeks. We had some things come up schedule wise but we worked it out and I am so glad we did! She is as strong as your body needs physically, and yet her demeanor is quite gentle and tranquil. I left here today feeling as I expect to feel after a really fantastic massage- floaty, serene, and relaxed(even after some deep pressure work)! I haven't experienced that feeling in a long while. So, not only did I leave feeling better, I left with another appointment for next week! Thanks Rebekah!
