My first and last purchase through Macon Brothers Auctioneers. I buy from auction houses all over the country through Proxibid. Macon is the first that does not include shipping cost when invoiced and leaves it to the buyer to contact UPS in Walla Walla to arrange your own shipping. After 2 attempt to reach their local UPS office, I was told the Shipping would be almost $100.00. This was for a wooden frame needlepoint that I bidded $2.50 and won. Sounds like the Auctioneer and Local UPS Franchise are in collusion!! read more
